What is poncha?
Poncha is Madeira's traditional drink: aguardente de cana, the island's sugar-cane spirit, stirred with honey and fresh lemon juice. Bars also serve it with orange, tangerine, passion fruit and many other fruits, and every bar makes it a little differently.
That is what Poncha Finder is for. It is a free map of the poncha bars of Madeira, from Funchal to the village bars in the hills, where you can see what a poncha costs, how people rated it and how it tastes before you go.

Poncha Finder is a crowdsourced map. Every bar, price and rating on it was added by someone who was there.

Open the map and each bar pin shows the price of its cheapest traditional poncha. Tap one for its menu, photos and directions.

Poncha Finder is a web app: it opens full screen from your home screen and keeps working offline once loaded. Open it first, then:
